Last year we filled 50 shoe boxes for needy children around the world. This year we have set a goal to fill 60 boxes. Senior Ministry is inviting the congregation to help us reach this goal in several ways. Check out the display in Fellowship Hall for ways you can contribute. New this year is “ Shoes that Grow.” We also need prayer partners and volunteers to help buy supplies and fill boxes. Contact Jim McCracken in the office (208-743-4444) to volunteer.

The Juvenile Corrections Center in Lewiston offers churches the opportunity to provide religious services to the residents of the facility every Sunday. Four area churches provide this experience on a monthly basis. CrossPoint Alliance is looking for a few more people to join their team of 6-8 adult volunteers on the first Sunday of every month from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The male residents are generally 14 to 18 years old and attend on a voluntary basis. If interested, you can attend one time without a commitment. For more information contact Kate Nowlin at 208-816-9565 or email@example.com.
